Great safe perfect for what I needed. One shortcoming as far as I can see in that you are not able to re-set or change the factory set combination.

I’m really glad I got this safe for a portion of my firearms. While it seems geared more toward semi-autos it still makes me feel safer when I leave the apartment. Though, the straight and curved bolt designs of older rifles make it a little hard to fill the safe to capacity; right now I have 7 rifles on the bottom and, because of the designs I could probably only fit in one other comfortably, however, the shelf and door rack fits my pistols and extra mags nicely. The slight design of the safe itself makes it easy to fit in a closet and it’s hefty enough loaded that no-one is just going to carry it off, I think someone would have to be VERY detirmined to get it open.

Sturdy
Good sturdy safe. Smooth motion on lock and lever. Bit small on width, swords with wide guards may need to be placed skewed if you wish to keep the ammo trays in door.
